I support people, organizations, and impact-driven initiatives in their development, structuring, and ability to create lasting change.
Coming from an entrepreneurial environment, I developed early on a strong sense of initiative, responsibility, and resourcefulness. These foundations have shaped the way I approach leadership: with listening, clarity, commitment, and a focus on collective impact.
Over the years, I have supported more than fifty individuals, organizations, and project leaders in clarifying their vision, structuring their ideas, and developing solid, useful, and sustainable initiatives. My work spans organizational development, resource mobilization, entrepreneurship, project management, strategic positioning, and change support.
I have also assisted nonprofit organizations and businesses in their funding efforts, whether through financial institutions, donors, or calls for proposals. My role is to help ideas become clearer, more coherent, and more credible, in order to strengthen their chances of success and their potential for impact.
My background, at the intersection of political science, organizational development, resource mobilization, and program management, is also shaped by specialized training with the International Labour Organization and by a continued interest in sustainable development and territorial dynamics. It has allowed me to develop a human, structured, and field-oriented approach.
I have led and coordinated large-scale projects related to employability, socio-professional integration, skills development, environmental occupations, and the review of occupational standards. My expertise also includes organizational change management, program structuring, and the development of social impact projects.
Today, I bring this experience to those who want to build, structure, and grow differently: with clarity, coherence, responsibility, and lasting impact.
